FLAAFFY

This is the next in the long list of Pokemon that a customer of mine on Etsy has requested.  Flaaffy was ordered at the same time as Mareep.  Hopefully, I will make Ampharos at some point.  This pattern includes the yarn colors for making Flaaffy and Shiny Flaaffy.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny alternative is in parenthesis):  Baby pink, off white, delft blue (green), black, and white.
E crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle

ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With baby pink, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (8)
Rd 3: (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (10)
Rds 4-10; sc in each sc around.  (10)
Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff ARMS firmly.

BODY:
Rd 1: With baby pink, 9 sc in magic ring.  (9)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (18)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (27)
Rd 4: sc in next 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, (sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc) 3 times.  (31)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew NECK FUR SIDE PIECES TOGETHER to form a ring.

NECK FUR TOP AND BOTTOM (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With off white, 5 sc in magic ring.  (5)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (10)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (15)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (20)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew NECK FUR TOP and BOTTOM to NECK FUR SIDE stuffing before closing.  Sew NECK FUR to BODY.  Weave in ends.

HEAD:
Rd 1: With lavender, 8 sc in magic ring.  (8)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.   (16)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (24)
Rd 4: sc in next 2 sc, (sc2tog) twice, sc in next 2 sc, (sc2tog) twice, sc in next 12 sc.  (20)

Embroider EYES and NOSTRILS on HEAD.

EARS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With black, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (9)
Rd 3: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (12)  Change to baby pink.
Rd 4: (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (15)
Rd 5: (sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (18)  Change to black.
Rds 6-7: sc in each sc around.  (18)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew EARS to HEAD stuffing firmly before closing.  Weave in ends.

HEAD FUR PIECES (MAKE 4):
Rd 1: With off white, 5 sc in magic ring.  (5)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (10)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (15)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (20)
Rd 5: sc in each sc around.  (20)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew HEAD FUR PIECES together stuffing before closing.  Sew HEAD FUR to HEAD.
