OSIRIS

This is another request from a customer of mine on Etsy.  Osiris is a character that is from an online set site called Strudel café.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn: Black, yellow, green, spring green, white and
Metallic cord: gold and blue.
E crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle

HEAD:
Rd 1: With black, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (12)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (18)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (24)
Rd 5: (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (30)
Rds 6-11: sc in each sc around.  (30)

Finish f leaving a long tail.  Weave tail through sc of Rd 20, pull tightly and secure.  Sew LEGS to BODY.  Using yellow, embroider lines on LEGS.

ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With black, ch 5, 2 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 2 ch, 4 sc in next ch working around ch, working in free loops of foundation ch, sc in next 2 ch, 2 sc in next sc.  (12)
Rd 2: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (16)
Rds 3-6: sc in each sc around.  (16)
Rd 7: 3 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 14 sc.  (20)
Rd 8: sc in each sc around.  (20)
Rd 9: (sc3tog) twice, sc in next 14 sc.  (16)

STUFF ARMS FIRMLY.

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew ARMS to BODY.

WRIST BANDS (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: With metallic gold cord, ch 21, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (20)
Rw 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 2 sc, change to metallic blue cord, sc in next 2 sc, (change to metallic gold cord, sc in next 2 sc, change to metallic blue cord, sc in next 2 sc) 9 times.  (20)  Change to metallic gold cord.
Rw 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (20)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Wrap WRIST BANDS around ARMS and sew together.  Weave in ends.

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew COLAR MEDALLION to COLLAR.  Using metallic blue cord, embroider scarab on COLLAR MEDALLION.

TAIL:

Rds 3-35: sc in each sc around.  (16)
LIGHTLY STUFF TAIL AS THIS POINT.  ROLL UP TAIL AT THIS POINT.
Rd 36: sc in next sc, holding next sc and sc of ROLLED SECTION OF TAIL together and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 6 sc, sc in next 9 sc on TAIL.  (16)
Rds 37-54: sc in each sc around.  (16)  Change to yellow.
Rd 55: sc in each sc around.  (16)  Change to black.
Rd 56: sc in each sc around.  (16)  Change to yellow.
Rd 57: sc in each sc around.  (16)  Change to black.
Rds 58-75: sc in each sc around.  (16)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew TAIL to BODY.

LARGE TAIL BUMP:
Rd 1: With black, 8 sc in magic ring.  (8)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (16)
Rds 3-10: sc in each sc around.  (16)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Stuff LARGE TAIL BUMP moderately.  Sew LARGE TAIL BUMP to TAIL.

SMALL TAIL BUMPS (MAKE 5):
Rd 1: With black, 8 sc in magic ring.  (8)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (16)
Rds 3-6: sc in each sc around.  (16)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew SMALL TAIL BUMPS to TAIL.

TAIL BANDS (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: With metallic gold cord, ch 21, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (20)
Rw 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (20)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Wrap TAIL BANDS around TAIL and ends together.  Weave in ends.

EARS (MAKE 2);
Rd 1: With black, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch, slip st in first sc.  (4)
Rd 2: Ch 1, turn; 2 sc in each sc around, slip st in first sc.  (8)
Rd 3: Ch 1, turn; (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, change to yellow, (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, slip st in first sc.  (12)
Rd 4: Ch 1, turn; (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, change to black, (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, slip st in first sc.  (16)
Rd 5: Ch 1, turn; (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around, slip st in first sc changing to yellow.  (20)
Rd 6: Ch 1, turn; (sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, change to black, (sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, slip st in first sc.  (24)

EARRINGS (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: With metallic gold cord, ch 7, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (6)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew EARRINGS to EARS.

FOREHEAD BUMPS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With black, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (8)
Rds 3-6: sc in each sc around.  (8)
STUFF FOREHEAD BUMPS FIRMLY.
Rd 7: sc2tog around.  (4)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Weave tail through sc of Rd 7, pull tightly and secure.  Sew FOREHEAD BUMPS to HEAD between EARS.

FACE:
Embroider FACE on OSIRIS.

NOSE RING:
With metallic gold cord, ch 4, finish off.  Sew NOSE RING to NOSE of OSIRIS.
