LESTER

This is next request from a customer of mine on Etsy that is obsessed with Yu-Gi-Oh shows and card game.  Once again, this pattern is an adaptation of my male version of my seamless doll.  This doll was fun to make, especially the rollerblades.

MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn:  White, light green, teal, blue, red, buff, green, mushroom, charcoal, gray, gold, and black.
E Crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle

ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With buff, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (8)
Rds 3-4: sc in each sc around.  (8)
Rd 5: 3 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 6 sc.  (12)
Rd 6: sc in each sc around.  (12)
Rd 7: (sc3tog) twice, sc in next 6 sc.  (8)
Rd 8: (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) around.  (6)
Rd 9: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (8)
Rds 10-18: sc in each sc around.  (8)
Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff ARMS firmly.

SLEEVES (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With light green, ch 17, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (16)
Rd 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc around.  (16)  Change to teal.
Rds 3-4: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 6 sc, change to light green, sc in next sc, change to teal, sc in next 2 sc, change to light green, sc in next sc, change to teal, sc in next 6 sc.  (16)
Rd 5: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog, sc in next 2 sc, change to light green, sc in next 4 sc, change to teal, sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog, sc in next 2 sc.  (14)
Rd 6: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc around.  (14)
Rd 7: Ch 1, turn; (sc in next 5 sc, sc2tog) around.  (12)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Matching colors, sew seam closed.
PLACE SLEEVES OVER ARMS AND LINE UP STITCHES.  MAKE SURE THAT THE TEAL SQUARE IS CENTERED ON OUTSIDE OF WRIST.
Rd 9: Working through both thicknesses of the ARMS and SLEEVES, (sc in next 4 sc, sc2tog) around.  (10)
Rds 10-13: sc in each sc around.  (10)
Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff SLEEVED ARMS firmly.

LEGS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With white, 8 sc in a magic ring.  (8)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew ROLLARBLADES WHEELS HOLDERS to ROLLARBLADES.  Sew ROLLARBLADES WHEELS to ROLLARBLADES WHEELS HOLDERS.

SHIRT FRONT TAIL:
Rw 1: With light green, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook.  (4)

Using blue, embroider FOREHEAD JEWEL on LESTER.

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Fold NECKLACE in half long way and sew together.

NACKLACE JEWEL:
Rw 1: With gold, ch 31, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (30)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew together into a figure “8”.  Run one end of NECKLACE through one of the loops of figure “8”.  Wrap around neck of LESTER and sew ends of NECKLACE together.
