As I have said on many of my posts in the past, my wife is crazy about giraffes. After making a fox scarf and hat, she wanted a giraffe set for herself. This is the pattern that I came up with for a giraffe scarf. The pattern for the matching hat will be coming soon.

TAIL:
Holding a strand of yellow and a strand of coffee together and leaving a long beginning tail for sewing, ch 25. Finish off leaving a long tail of each color but not pulling knot tight yet. Cut 1 6 inch piece of each color. Fringe pieces through end knot around end tail. Pull knot tight. Trim tail to equal length. Sew TAIL to BODY. Weave in ends.
