DIANTHA'S KEYSTONE PENDENT AND NECKLACE

This is a pattern for Diantha’s Keystone Necklace. This is the gold pendent that she is wearing around her neck in Pokemon X and Y. This was a request from a good friend that is obsessed with the accessories that Pokemon trainers have used and worn in the game and television series.

D crochet hook is used to make the chain for the necklace.

MATERIALS:
Crochet Cotton: White, black, and gold metallic.
D and Size 6 crochet hook
Tapestry needle
22-Count Aida cloth
Embroidery floss: white, 310 (black), 3851 (lt. bright green) (, 996 (md electric blue), 818 (baby pink), and 209 (dk lavender)
Embroidery needle
Black yarn
2 14mm lobster clasps

KEYSTONE:

Use graph above with 22-count Aida cloth and embroidery floss to create KEYSTONE LOGO. Using white crochet cotton, crochet around outside edge of KEYSTONE LOGO.
 

PENDENT WRAP:
Rw 1: With gold crochet cotton, ch 81, working over chenille stem, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across. (80)
Rw 2: Ch 1, turn; working over Rw 1, sc in each ch across. (80)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew upper loop together. Sew PENDENT WRAP to KEYSTONE. Weave in ends.

LARGE PENDENT WRAP POINT:
Rd 1: With gold crochet cotton, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch. (4)
Rd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (6)
Rd 3: sc in each sc around. (6)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (8)
Rds 5-: sc in each sc around. (8)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew LARGE PENDENT WRAP POINT to PENDENT WRAP. Weave in ends.

SMALL PENDENT WRAP POINTS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With gold crochet cotton, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch. (4)
Rd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (6)
Rd 3: sc in each sc around. (6)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (8)
Rds 5-: sc in each sc around. (8)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew SMALL PENDENT WRAP POINTS to PENDENT WRAP. Weave in ends.

CHAIN:
Holding 3 strains of black crochet cotton together and D crochet hook, ch 120. Attach lobster clasps to each end of CHAIN.
