TREVENANT

This is another request from a customer of mine on Etsy.  This is Trevenant.  He is the evolution of Phantump.  This is not a pattern that I would have a beginning attempt to make.  He was not easy to make.  This pattern includes the color list for both Trevenant and Shiny Trevenant.

MATERIALS:

Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny colors in parenthesis):  Charcoal, café latte (gray), spring green (red), baby pink (orchid) and perfect pink (lavender).
E crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle
Floral wire

FINGERS (MAKE 6):

Rd 1;      With café latte, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rd 2:      (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (6)
Rds 3-4:                sc in each sc around.  (6)
Finish off in first 2 FINGERS for each ARM.  DO NOT FINIGHS OFF in third FINGER for each ARM.  Stuff FINGERS firmly.

FOREARMS (MAKE 2):

Rd 1:      sc in next 3 sc on third FINGER, sc in next 6 sc in first FINGER, sc in next 3 sc on third FINGER.  (12)
Rd 2:      sc in next 2 sc, holding next sc on ARMS and first sc on second FINGER together and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 8 sc on ARMS. 
Rd 3:      sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 4 sc on second FINGER, sc in next 8 sc on ARMS.  (14)
Rds 4-13:              sc in each sc around.  (14)
Rd 14:    (sc in next 5 sc, sc2tog) around.  (12)
Rd 15:    Working in front loops only, sc in each sc around, slip st in first sc.  (12)
Rd 16:    (ch 3, sc in second ch from hook, hdc in next ch, skip next sc, slip st in next sc) around. 
Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff FOREARMS firmly. 

UPPER ARMS (MAKE 2):

Rd 1:      Working in free loops of Rd 14 of FOREARMS, attach charcoal, ch 1, (sc in next sc, sc2tog) around.  (8)
Rds 2-14:              sc in each sc around.  (8)
Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff UPPER ARMS firmly.

UPPER ARM WRAPS (MAKE 2):

Rw 1:     With café latte, (ch 3, sc in second ch from hook, hdc in next ch) 6 times. 
Rw 2:     Ch 1, working across the flat edge of Rw 1.  (12)
Rws 3-5:               Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (12)
Rw 6:     (Ch 3, sc in second ch from hook, hdc in next ch, skip next sc, slip st in next sc.
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Wrap around UPPER ARM and sew together.  Tack in place.  Weave in ends.

WRIST LEAVES (MAKE 2):

Rd 1:      With spring green, ch 14, slip st in first ch to form ring, ch 1, (sc in next 3 ch, 2 sc in next ch) twice, (sc in next 2 ch, 2 sc in next ch) twice.  (18)
Rd 2:      Ch 1, turn; (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (24)
Rd 3:      Ch 1, turn; (sc in next sc, ch 3) around, slip st in first sc. 
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Wrap foundation ch around Rd 6 of FOREARM and sew to FOREARM.  Sew Rds 1-3 together.  Weave in ends.

FOREARM BRACHES (MAKE 2):

Rd 1:      With café latte, ch 4, sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
