This is the next request by my Etsy customer. Steelix was easy once the Head was constructed. I have also included the color lists for both the normal version of Steelix and the shiny version of Steelix.
MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny color substitute in parenthesis): Gray (Gold), white, black, and red.
F crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle
TOP OF HEAD:
Rd 1: With gray, ch 10, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 7 ch, 2 sc in end ch, sc in each of the reverse side of the next 8 ch. (18)
Rd 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 8 sc, 3 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 8 sc. (22)
Rd 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 9 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 9 sc. (26)
Rd 4: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 9 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 9 sc. (30)
Rds 5-6: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc around. (30)
Rd 7: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 8 sc, change to white, sc in next 14 sc, change to gray, sc in next 8 sc. (30)
Finish off.
BOTTOM OF HEADJ:
Rd 1: With gray, ch 12, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 9 ch, 2 sc in end ch, sc in each sc of reverse side of the next 10 ch. (22)
Rd 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 10 sc, 3 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 10 sc. (26)
Rd 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 11 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 11 sc. (30)
Rd 4: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 12 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 4 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 12 sc. (34)
Rds 5-6: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc around. (34)

Rd 8: Working in front loops only, skip next 5 sc, attach gray with slip st in next sc, (sc, dc, sc) in next sc, slip st in next sc, (sc, hdc, dc, hdc, sc) in next sc, slip st in next sc, finish off, skip next 10 sc, attach gray with slip st in next sc, (sc, hdc, dc, hdc, sc) in next sc, slip st in next sc, (sc, dc, sc) in next sc, slip st in next sc. (TEETH made)
Finish off. Sew TOP OF HEAD and BOTTOM OF HEAD together. Glue TEETH down.
TOP OF HEAD SPIKES (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: Working over sc of Rd 3 and beginning at back edge, attach gray with slip st, ch 2, dc in same sc as slip st, dc in next 2 sc, sc in next sc, slip st in next 2 sc, sc in next 2 sc, slip st in next sc.
Finish off. Weave in ends. Repeat in other end of Rd 3.
BOTTOM OF HEAD SPIKES (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: Working over sc of Rd 3 and beginning at back edge, attach gray with slip st, ch 2, dc in same sc as slip st, dc in next 2 sc, sc in next sc, slip st in next 2 sc, sc in next sc, dc in next 2 sc, sc in next sc, slip st in next sc.
Finish off. Weave in ends.
BACK OF HEAD:
Rd 1: sc in foundation ch of BOTTOM OF HEAD, sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog, (sc in next 3 sc, sc2tog) 5 times. (24)
Rd 2: (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) around. (18)
STUFF HEAD FIRMLY.
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, sc2tog) around. (12)
Rd 4: sc2tog around. (6)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Weave tail through sc of Rd 4, pull tightly, and secure.
CHEEK POINTS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With gray, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from working around ch. (4)
Rd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (6)
Rds 3-4: sc in each sc around. (6)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew CHEEK POINTS to HEAD adding a small amount of stuffing before closing. Weave in ends.
EYES:
Embroider EYES on HEAD of STEELIX.
TAIL ROCK #1:
Rd 1: With gray, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (18)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (24)
Rd 5: (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (30)
Rds 6-10: sc in each sc around. (30)
Rd 11: (sc in next 3 sc, sc2tog) around. (24)
