This is the next in the long list of Pokemon that a customer of mine on Etsy has requested. He has also ordered Hitmonchan and Hitmontops. Those patterns will be coming soon. This pattern includes the yarn colors for making Hitmonlee and Shiny Hitmonlee.
MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn: Mushroom (olive green), buff (pale yellow), and yellow (spring green).
F crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle
White and black craft felt
Glue
Black fabric marker
THUMB (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With mushroom, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch. (4)
Rds 2-4: sc in each sc around. (4)
Finish off.
FINGERS (MAKE 4):
Rd 1: With mushroom, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch. (4)
Rds 2-4: sc in each sc around. (4)
Finish off in FINGERS 1-4, do not finish off in FINGERS 3 and 4.
ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: sc in next 2 sc on FINGER on hook, sc in next 4 sc on the next FINGER, sc in next 2 sc on first FINGER. (8)
Rds 2-3: sc in each sc around. (8)
Rd 4: sc in next 5 sc, sc in each sc of THUMB, sc in next 3 sc on ARM. (12)
Rd 5: sc in each sc around. (12)
Rd 6: sc2tog around. (6)
BEGIN STUFFING ARMS FIRMLY. CONTINUE STUFFING AS YOU GO ALONG.
Rd 7: slip st in first sc changing to buff, ch 1, sc in each sc around, slip st in first sc. (6)
Rds 8-10: Ch 1, sc in each sc around, slip st in first sc. (6) Change to mushroom after Rd 10.
Rd 11: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc around. (12)
Rds 12-22: sc in each sc around. (12)
Finish off.
TOE NAILS (MAKE 6):
Rd 1: With gray, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch. (4)

Finish off. Glue TOE NAILS to LEGS.

Rw 1: With mushroom, ch 2, 2 sc in second ch from hook. (2)

Rd 13 says marked sc on arm. I do not see where pattern says to mark a sc on the arm. Do you have a suggestion?
ReplyDeleteI forgot to put that in the pattern. Thanks for pointing it out. The marked sc on ARM was suppose to be the sc that matches up with BODY so that the hand is straight like a person's hand flat against their body. I hope this helps.
