Kokonoe Mercury is a scientist at the Seventh Agency, and the daughter of Jubei and Konoe A. Mercury. This doll was a request from an Etsy customer that has been taken a bit of a hiatus from his obsession of Pokémon. Of course, he has not made this easy on me. Kotonoe is a character in the BlazBlue Anime and games. The lollipop can be made in any color. The customer picked the color of the one in the picture.
