DRAGONITE

I have a new Pokemon-obsessed customer on Etsy.  Dragonite is one of his new requests that I have not made before.  Of course, he is also ordering Dratini and Dragonair at the same time, along with Shiny Dragonite.  This is the pattern that I came up with for Dragonite.  This pattern includes the color lists for both Dragonite and Shiny Dragonite.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny colors in parenthesis):  Gold (teal), white, off white, black, and aqua (orchid).
E crochet hook
Polyester Fiberfil
Yarn needle
Floral wire
Chenille Stem

FINGERNAILS (MAKE 6):
Rd 1:      With white, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rd 2:      sc in each sc around.  (4)
Finish off.  Weave in ends.

ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1:      With gold, ch 5, sc ins second ch from hook, sc in next 3 ch.  (4)
Rd 2:      Working in free loops of foundation ch, holding next ch on ARMS and next 2 sc on FINGERNAILS 1 together and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc, holding next ch on ARMS and next sc on FINGERNAILS 2 together and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc, holding next ch on ARMS and next 2 sc on FINGERNAILS 3 together and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc, working in sc of Rd 1, holding next sc on ARMS and next 2 sc on FINGERNAILS 3 and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc, holding next sc on ARMS and next sc on FINGERNAILS 2 and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc, holding next sc on ARMS and next 2 sc on FINGERNAILS 1 and working through both thicknesses, sc in next 2 sc.  (12)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew HORN to HEAD stuffing before closing.  Weave in ends.

ANTENNA (MAKE 2):
Rw 1:     With off white, ch 18, sc in second ch from hook and in each across.  (17)
Rws 2-3:               Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (17)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Wrap ANTENNA around chenille stem and sew Rw 1 and Rw 3 together.  Sew ANTENNA to HEAD.  Weave in ends.

EYES, MOUTH, AND NOSTRILS:
Embroider EYES, MOUTH, and NOSTRILS on DRAGONITE.

BELLY:
