Owl House Backpack 2

This is a backpack based on one from Disney’s Owl House television series. This was a request from a very good friend that is obsessed with Owl House. I have made her a couple of dolls of the characters from the television series. She is wanting this for a convention that she is going to. This backpack was made with a double strand of yarn throughout. I know that then pattern calls for sewing thread, but I used something that I have found to be much stronger than simple sewing thread – dental floss. That is what used to sew the straps in place.

This is an adaptation of the original backpack so that Hooty can be taken out and put back in.

EDA CLAWBORNE (HARPY FORM) (THE OWL HOUSE)

I have a friend that is obsessed with The Owl House on Disney Channel. I have made her dolls of Luz Nocede and Amity Blight. This is Eda in her harpy form. Edalyn "Eda" Clawthorne is the deuteragonist of The Owl House. She is a rebellious witch who was cursed as a teenager by her older sister, Lilith, before running away from home and becoming the most wanted and powerful wild witch in the Boiling Isles.

Eda is a tall, slender woman in her mid-to-late 40s, with ivory skin, pointed ears, maroon lips, and golden eyes. Her untamed hair is thick, long, and layered with tones of gray. She has a screw-in golden fang that sticks out, orange claw-like nails, and an oval amber gem on her sternum, which helped indicate when the curse was getting worse.

FRUIT TRAIN

This is a pattern for a Fruit Train that is based on a picture of cake made of various types of fruit for someone’s second birthday. The customer that requested the Fruit Train originally wanted it to be made using plastic canvas, but I showed her that some of the pieces would not look right when made that way. The train can be made in any color of fruit. The original engine was made with watermelon. The original cars were made from honey dew melon and cantaloupe, but the customer wanted them made to match the engine as if made with watermelon. The original wheels were made with kiwi slices, but the customer wanted banana slice as wheels. The smokestack was originally made of a banana, but again the customer changed it to blueberries. The fruit in the cars were originally grapes, cantaloupe, honey dew, and watermelon. The customer wanted blueberries, kiwi, and bananas.
