LITTLE ANNA

This is rendering of the famed Anna character from Disney’s Frozen.  It is the first in a series of dolls depicting each of the Disney Princesses and Tinkerbell.

MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn:  Black, delft blue, light blue, buff, warm brown, and shocking pink
Embroidery floss:  White, black, pink, warm brown
D crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle

DOLL
Make Little Farrah doll with warm brown hair styled in two ponytails and warm brown eyebrows and buf skin.

BODICE:
Rw 1: With black, ch 15, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (14)
Rw 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (15)
Rw 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next 5 sc, sc in next 5 sc.  (19)
Rw 4: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (19)
Rw 5: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 2 sc, ch 3, skip next 2 sc, (sc2tog) 5 times, ch 3, skip next 2 sc, sc in next 3 sc.  (10, 2 ch-3 spaces)
Rw 6: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 3 sc, sc in next 3 ch, sc in next 2 sc, slip st in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 3 ch, sc in next 2 sc.  (16)  Change to light blue.
Rw 7: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 7 sc, sc over slip st of Row 6, sc in next 8 sc.  (16)
Rw 8: Ch 1, turn; (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) across.  (12)
Finish off leaving a long tail to sew back seam up.
SLEEVES
Rw 1: Attachlight blue in second skipped sc, ch1, sc in same sc as slip st, sc in side of Row 5, sc in free loops of ch-3 space, sc in side of Row 5, sc in skipped sc.  (7)
Rws 2-7: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (7)
Finish off leaving a long tail to sew sleeve closed
Repeat in second armhole.

SKIRT
WORKING IN JOINED ROUNDS HERE AND THROUGHOUT
Rd 1: Working in free loops of BODICE foundation ch and with black with right side facing, ch 1, sc in next 5 ch, 2 hdc in next ch, dc in next ch, 2 hdc in next ch, sc in next 6 ch, join with slip in first sc.  (16) Change to blue.
Rd 2: Ch 1, sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 8 sts, 2 sc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc, join.  (18)
Rd 3: Ch 3 (Counts as first dc here and throughout), 2 dc in next sc, (dc in next sc, 2 dc in next sc) twice, dc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in next sc, 2 hdc in next sc, (dc in next sc, 2 dc in next sc) twice dc in next sc, join.  (27)
Rds 4-7: Ch 3, dc in each st around, join.  (27)
Rd 8: Ch 3, c in next 5 dc, (2 dc n next dc, dc in next 6 dc) around, join.  (30)
Finish off.  Weave in ends.

Rd 1: With black, ch 2, 5 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (5)

Rw 1: With shocking pink, ch 17, sc in second ch from hook in each ch across.  (16)

Rw 3: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 4 sc.  (22)
Rw 4: Ch 1, turn; (sc2tog) twice, sc in next 14 sc, (sc2tog) twice.  (18)
Rw 5: Ch 1, turn; (sc2tog) twice, sc  in next 10 sc, (sc2tog) twice.  (14)
Rw 6: Ch 1, turn; sc2tog, sc in next 10 sc, sc2tog,  (12)

Sew dress to doll matching colors.  Sew SHOES on doll.  Drape CAPE over doll’s shoulders and tack together.

Use embroidery floss to embroider face on doll.
