CALYPSO

Calypso is a white Nayokadoren. She has red eyes and black accent pieces on the chest, hip and tail. She is the mother of Eclipse Nayokadoren. 7 crochet and gold crochet cotton is only used to make Calypso’s sun necklace.

Using burgundy, red, baby pink, and white, embroider the EYES on HEAD. Using black crochet cotton, embroider eyeliner, MOUTH and NOSE.


EYEBROWS (COMPLETE ABOVE BOTH EYES:
Rw 1: Working over top edge of EYES, attach white, ch 1, sc in over next 4 sc, slip st in next sc. (6)
Finish off. Weave in ends.

CHEST FUR:
LARGE POINT:
Rw 1: With black, ch 2, 2 sc in second ch from hook. (2)
Rw 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across. (2)

CHAIN:
With gold crochet cotton and size 7 crochet hook, ch 40, sc in tip of one of the long burst of the MEDALLION, ch 40.
Finish off leaving a long tail. Wrap CHAIN around neck of CALYPSO and tie together. Weave in ends.
