GALARIAN SLOWBRO

This is the next in the long list of Pokemon that a customer of mine on Etsy has requested. The hardest part of Galarian Slowbro was the color change on his ears. This pattern includes the yarn colors for making Galarian Slowbro and Shiny Galarian Slowbro.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny colors in parenthesis): baby pink (peach), jasmine, gray (gold), black, buff, and white.
E crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle

BODY:
Rd 1: With golden yellow, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12)

Rd 1: With gray, ch 11, 2 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 8 ch, 3 sc in next ch working around ch, working in free loops of foundation ch, sc in next 8 ch, 2 sc in next ch. (22)
Rd 2: 2 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 8 sc, 2 sc in next 3 sc, sc in next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc. (28)
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice, sc in next 3 sc, 2 hdc in next 2 sc, sc in next 3 sc, (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) 3 times, sc in next 9 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (36)

Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew MUZZLE to BODY. Weave in ends. Using black, embroider mouth and nostrils. Using white, embroider teeth.

EYES (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With white, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rd 2: (3 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next 2 sc) around. (14)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew EYES to BODY. Weave in ends. Using black, embroider pupils on EYES.

EARS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With jasmine, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rds 2-4: sc in each sc around. (6) Change to baby pink after Rd 4.
BEGIN STUFFING EARS FIRMLY. CONTINUE STUFFING EARS FIRMLY AS YOU GO ALONG.
Rds 5-10: sc in each sc around. (6) Change to jasmine after Rd 10.
Rds 11-30: sc in each sc around. (6)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Curl EARS and sew together. Sew EARS to BODY. Weave in ends.

TAIL:
Rd 1: With jasmine, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rds 2-3: sc in each sc around. (6)

    I have a problem with Galarian Slowbro’s body. From Rd 29 he is in stripes, baby pink and buff. That must be wrong.
