WAVE THE SWALLOW

Wave the Swallow was a request from a customer on Etsy.  Here is another character that I had no idea existed before this request.  Just like Big the Cat, I decided to do some research on the character.  After doing some research, Wave the Swallow is a video game character from the Sonic the Hedgehog Universe

MATERIALS:

Worsted Weight Yarn:  Orchid, hot orchid (I Love This Yarn—Hobby Lobby), red, golden yellow, white, lavender, black, gray, flame orange, delft blue, and perfect pink.

Size 6 and E crochet hook

Polyester Fiberfil

Tapestry needle

White crochet cotton

12 mm magenta bead

THUMBS (MAKE 2):

Rd 1:      With white, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)

Finish off.  Weave in ends.

FINGERS (MAKE 8):

NECKLACE CHAIN:

Rw 1:     With white crochet cotton and Size 6 crochet hook, ch 40.  Finish off.

Attach bead to NECKLACE CHAIN.  Wrap NECKLACE CHAIN around neck of WAVE THE SWALLOW and tie together.
