BIDOOF

Bidoof is another Pokemon from my daughter’s ever growing “To Do” list that she gave shortly after Pokemon Go came out.  This pattern includes the color lists for both Bidoof and Shiny Bidoof.

MATERIALS:

Worsted Weight Yarn (Shiny colors in parenthesis):  Café latte (taupe), off white, coffee (purple), pink (red_, white, and black.
E crochet hook
Fiberfil
Yarn needle
6 mm black safety eyes

BODY:
Rd 1:      With café latte, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2:      2 sc in each sc around.  (12)
Rd 3:      (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (18)
Rd 4:      (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (24)
Rd 5:      (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (30)
Rd 6:      (sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (36)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Weave tail through sc of Rd 15, pull tightly and secure.  Sew 4 SIDEBURN PUFFS to each side of HEAD.  Weave in ends.

FACE:

Rd 1:      With off white, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2:      2 sc in each sc around.  (12)
Rd 3:      Ch 1, turn; sc in next 3 sc, 2 hdc in next sc, hdc in next 2 sc, 2 hdc in next sc, sc in next 3 sc.
Rd 4:      Ch 1, turn; sc in next 2 sc, ch 1, turn; hdc in next sc, sc in next sc, ch 1, sc evenly across the bottom edge of FACE, ch 1, working in sc of Rd 3, sc in next 2 sc, ch 1, turn; hdc in next sc, sc in next sc.
Rw 5:     Ch 1, sc2tog, sc in next 5 sc, sc2tog.  (7)

Finish off leaving a long tail.  Insert safety eyes.  Sew FACE to HEAD.  Weave in ends.

MUZZLE:

Rw 1:     With white, ch 4, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (3)
Rws 2-3:               Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (3)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew TEETH to MUZZLE.  Weave in ends.  Using black, embroider dividing line on TEETH.

LIP:

Rw 1:     With coffee, ch 5, sc in second ch from hook, 2 hdc in next ch, slip st in next ch, 2 hdc in next ch, sc in next ch. 
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew LIP to MUZZLE.  Weave in ends.

EARS (MAKE 2):

Rd 1:      With café latte, 6 sc in magic ring.  (6)
Rd 2:      2 sc in each sc around.  (12)
Rds 3-5:                sc in each sc around.  (12)
STUFF EARS FIRMLY.
Rd 6:      sc2tog around.  (6)
