LIGHTNING BLISS

This is my first venture into making a My Little Pony. Most of the pieces can be used for any My Little Pony. This My Little Pony is called Lightning Bliss. She is an original design of a customer on Etsy. She has designed several others that she says that she will have me make at some point down the line.

MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn: White, red, golden yellow, yellow, spring green, blue, medium purple, black, perfect pink, café latte, and Aruba sea.
B crochet hook

Using perfect pink, embroider mouth on LIGHTNING BLISS.

Rd 2: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (6)
Rd 3: sc in each sc around. (6)
Rd 4: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (8)
Rds 5-6: sc in each sc around. (8)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Stuff HORN firmly. Sew HORN to HEAD. Weave in ends.

MAIN:
Fringe short pieces of black yarn on top of HEAD around HORN. Fringe on longer pieces of black yarn on back of head and down neck. The last Row of MAIN being made with 2 pieces of each of red, golden yellow, yellow, spring green, blue, medium purple.

GOGGLES:
GOGGLE LENS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With medium purple, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12) Change to café latte.
Rd 3: (sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (18)
Finish off. Weave in ends.

GOGGLE STRAP:
With café latte, ch 25, slip st in first sc on GOGGLE LENS 1, ch 7, skip next 8 sc, slip st in next sc, ch 4, slip st in first sc on GOGGLE LENS 2, ch 7, skip next 8 sc, slip st in next sc, ch 25.
Finish off. Wrap around HEAD behind EARS and under back MAIN and tie together. Tack stitch to HEAD. Weave in ends.


CUTIE MARK:
Using red, golden yellow, yellow, spring green, blue, medium purple, and black to embroider CUTIE MARK on each side of BODY right above HIND LEGS.
