GOOFY

This is another one of the iconic Disney characters that took way to long to get to.  Goofy is one of the Iconic 6 Disney characters –Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto.  I have made patterns for Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy.  At some point in the future, hopefully soon, I will get to the pattern for Pluto.  Here is the pattern for Goofy.

MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn:  Black, white, delft blue, café latte, spring green, buff, and orange.
E Crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle

ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With black, ch 2, 5 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (5)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around.  (10)
Rds 3-19: sc in each sc around.  (10)
STUFF ARMS FIRMLY AT THIS POINT.
Finish off.

SHOES (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With café latte, ch 5, 2 sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 2 ch, 3 sc in next ch working around ch, working in free loops of foundation ch, sc in next 3 ch.  (10)
Rds 2-10: sc in each sc around.  (10)
NOW WORKING IN ROWS.
Rw 11: sc in next 7 sc leaving remaining sc unworked.  (7)
Rw 12: Ch 1, turn; sc in next 5 sc, leaving remaining sc unworked.  (5)
Rw 13: Ch 1, turn; sc2tog, sc in next sc, sc2tog.  (3)
NOW WORKING IN RDS AGAIN.
Rd 14: Ch 1, sc in the side of Rws 11-13, slip st in unworked sc on Rd 10, sc in the side of Rws 11-13, sc in top of sc of Row 13.  (14)

Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Stuff SHOES firmly.

MUZZLE:
Rd 1: With buff, 9 sc in magic ring.  (9)
Rd 2: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around.  (12)
Rds 3-5: sc in each sc around.  (12)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew MUZZLE to head of BODY stuffing firmly before closing.

TEETH (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: With white, ch 2, sc in second ch from hook.  (1)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew TEETH to MUZZLE.

NOSE
Rd 1: With black, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch.  (4)
Rd 2: sc in each sc around.  (4)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew NOSE to MUZZLE.

LOWER LIP:
Rd 1: With buff, ch 4, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, 4 sc in next ch working around ch, working in free loops of foundation ch, sc in next 2 ch.  (8)
Finish off leaving a long tail.  Sew LOWER LIP on head of BODY below MUZZLE.  Weave in ends.

EYES:
Using picture as reference, embroider EYES on head of BODY.

FOREHEAD HAIR:
Fringe on pieces of black on head of BODY above EYES.

PANTS:
Rw 1: With delft blue, ch 33, sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across.  (32)
Rws 2-10: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across.  (32)
Rw 11: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc across, slip st in first sc.  (32)
Finish off leaving a long tail.

RIGHT PANT LEG:
Rd 1: With right side facing, skip next 8 sc, attach delft blue in next sc, ch 1, sc in same sc as attachment, sc in next 7 sc, skip next 16 sc, sc in next 8 sc.  (16)
Rws 2-17: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc around.  (16)
Finish off leaving a long tail.

LEFT PANTS LEG:
