OWL

This is next on a list of Disney’s Winnie the Pooh and Friends characters that were requested by a coworker. I have finished Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Eeyore, Christopher Robin, and Rabbit from the list. The patterns for Kanga and Roo are coming soon.

Owl is an anthropomorphic owl from the Winnie the Pooh franchise that first appeared in Disney's animated short Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree. Owl's character is based on the stereotype of the "wise old owl", though his "wisdom" is sometimes questionable.

MATERIALS:
Worsted Weight Yarn: Black, buff, coffee, café latte, taupe, gold, and pale yellow.
B crochet
Polyester fiberfill
Yarn Needle
1 set of 10mm safety eyes

TOES (MAKE 4):
Rd 1: With black, ch 2, 4 sc in second ch from hook working around ch. (4)
Rds 2-4: sc in each sc around. (4)
Finish off in first TOE for each FOOT. DO NOT FINISH OFF in second TOE for each FOOT.

FEET (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: sc in next 2 sc on second TOE, sc in next 4 sc on first TOE, sc in next 2 sc on second TOE. (8)
Rds 2-5: sc in each sc around. (8)
Rd 6: (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) around. (6)
Rd 7: (sc in next sc, sc2tog) around. (4)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Weave through sc of Rd 7, pull tightly and secure. Weave in ends.

LEGS (MAKE 2):
