Finish off. Weave in ends.
UPPER JAW:
Rd 1: With yellow, ch 6, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 3 ch, 4 sc in next ch working around ch, working in free loops of foundation ch, sc in next 4 ch. (12)
Rds 2-3: Ch 1, turn; sc in each sc around. (12)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew UPPER JAW to INSIDE OF MOUTH. Weave in ends.
BACK OF HEAD:

Finish off. Weave in ends.
EYES, CHEEKS, AND NOSTRILS:
Using shocking pink, embroider CHEEKS on HEAD. Using black, embroider EYES and NOSTRILS on HEAD.
PALE YELLOW HEAD FEATHERS:
Rw 1: With pale yellow, ch 15, sc in second ch from hook, 2 sc in next ch, (sc in next ch, 2 sc in next ch) 6 times. (21)
Rw 2: Ch 6, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next 2 ch, dc in next ch, skip next 2 sc, slip st in next sc, (ch 7, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next 2 ch, dc in next 2 ch, skip next 2 sc, slip st in next sc) 5 times, ch 6, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next 2 ch, dc in next ch, skip next 2 sc, slip st in next sc.

Finish off leaving a long tail. Stuff NECK firmly. OPTIONAL: Insert floral wire. Sew closed end of NECK to HEAD. Sew open end of NECK to SMALL BODY. Weave in ends.
