Pennywise is the iconic clown from Stephen King’s It book, mini-series and movie. This Pennywise is based off the one from the movie adaptation of Stephen King’s book. This is the Pennywise is closer to the one described in Stephen King’s It book.
MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn: gray, black, red, carrot, and white.
E crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Tapestry needle
3 red pom-poms
Floral wire
ARMS (MAKE 2):
Rd 1: With white, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rd 2: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around. (8)
Rds 3-4: sc in each sc around. (8)
Rd 5: 3 sc in next 2 sc, sc in next 6 sc. (12)
Rd 6: sc in each sc around. (12)
Rd 7: (sc3tog) twice, sc in next 6 sc. (8)
Rd 8: (sc in next 2 sc, sc2tog) around. (6)
Rd 9: (sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc) around, slip st in first sc changing to gray. (8)
Rd 10: Working in front loops only, 2 dc in each sc around, slip st in first dc.
Finish off. Weave in ends.
Rd 11: With gray and working through sc of Rd 10 and in both loops of Rd 9, sc in each sc around. (8)

Rw 2: Ch 2, turn; (dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc) across. (63)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew foundation ch of both COLLARS together. Wrap around neck of BODY and sew together.
EARS (MAKE 2):
Rw 1: With white, ch 2, 5 sc in second ch from hook. (5)
Finish off leaving a long tail. Sew EARS to head of BODY.
FACE:
Using picture above, embroider FACE on head of BODY.
HAIR:
Fringe on 8-inch pieces of carrot on head from ear to ear around top of head. Trim to desired length. Fringe on 2 4-inch pieces of carrot on head above each ear and along edge of forehead.
BALLOON:
Rd 1: With red, 6 sc in magic ring. (6)
Rd 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12)

Are the amount of stitches wrong on the arms at round 10? It says to increase in each so that shod make 16?
